In light of the tightening restrictions starting 11:59pm Wednesday 25 March,
PIAKO Mitsubishi wishes to inform our valued customers how we will be operating during this time. PIAKO Mitsubishi is classified as an essential service provider and as such we will continue to offer service albeit on an essential and limited basis. We will remain available during normal work hours, with specific restrictions (see below) All Parts & Service Calls Morrinsville 07 8897055, Rotorua 07 3460560, Te Aroha 07 8848186 Matamata 07 8888059
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR OUR PARTS CUSTOMERS 1. We require you to ring ahead and discuss your parts requirements and we will have the parts ready for you and if suitable waiting outside the main door for pickup (our parts staff will be wearing gloves and changing them between orders)
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR OUR SERVICE CUSTOMERS
1. We will be focussing on essential service, repairs & breakdowns only – please consider whether your job is essential before calling. 2. We will require to work on the vehicle in isolation from other people and will use gloves and wipe down surfaces with antibacterial wipes when leaving. 3. Please expect some possible delay on callout as some technicians will be travelling from home bases and may require to collect parts from the branch on route. 4. Our current stock levels, the draw down on these levels, and our ability to restock may affect our ability to undertake some service and/or repairs. We will endeavour to keep our parts and service levels as close to normal as possible but ask for understanding in these difficult and extraordinary times. We greatly appreciate the support and custom we have received over our years of operation and assure you that we will be doing everything within our powers, and within the government mandated restrictions, to provide the safest environment for our staff and our customers and look forward to everything returning to normal. We wish you and yours the very best during this time.
Kind regards Darrell Russell, Jono Taaffe, Nigel Rumpler, Justin Scelly
